Shipping (U.S. orders) 

Most orders of necklaces and earrings ship within 2-4 days of ordering. Rings require about 10 days. If you need something shipped out more quickly, please contact us at info@ancienthoney.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We are happy to include free USPS Priority mail with your purchase.  If you prefer Fed Ex or UPS that will be available at check out. 

Once your order ships, we will provide tracking info so you can keep an eye on your precious Honey as it makes it way to you or the lucky recipient. 

Please use a secure delivery address to protect your purchase. 

Shipping (international) 

International shipments are shipped via DHL who provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 4-14 business days for $25.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. 

Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Finally, we really have no control over how quickly something clears customs, so be sure to leave plenty of lead time.

Returns & Exchanges

*HOLIDAY SEASON EXTENDED RETURN POLICY* Notify us by January 4th to initiate a return.

You may return any piece for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please email us within 2 weeks of receiving your orderinfo@ancienthoney.com to initiate a return.

Please allow us 10-14 business days to process your return and refund upon receipt on our end.  All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.
