How soon will I get my Ancient Honey? 

Many Ancient Honey items are available to ship within 3 – 5  business days of placing your order.  Rings and personalized designs may take 10 - 15 business days to make, prior to shipping. Feel free to contact us via info@ancienthoney.com to check availability of an item before ordering. 

Shipping (U.S. orders) 

We are happy to include free USPS Priority mail with your purchase.  If you prefer Fed Ex or UPS that will be available at check out. 

We do require signature upon delivery.  Once your order ships, we will provide tracking info so you can keep an eye on your precious Honey as it makes it way to you or the lucky recipient. 

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated, so please use a secure delivery address to protect your purchase.  

Shipping (International orders) 

International shipments are shipped First Class USPS. A $30 shipping and handling fee applies to international orders.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. 

Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Finally, we really have no control over how quickly something clears customs, so be sure to leave plenty of lead time.

Can I return my order? 

HOLIDAY SEASON EXTENDED RETURN POLICY* PLEASE INITIATE RETURN BY JANUARY 8TH, 2021.

We hate to think you’d want to return anything, but of course we want you to be completely satisfied with your Ancient Honey.   If you notify us at info@ancienthoney.com within 2 weeks of the receipt date shown via package tracking, we will give you instructions for making the return.    Once we receive the item, as long as it is in good condition, we will provide you with a full refund of purchase price and taxes.   You will be responsible for all shipping costs. 

Ring Sizing 

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. The tightness or looseness is a personal preference.   If the local jeweler option doesn’t work for you, shoot us an email at info@ancienthoney.com and we’ll get you sorted out!
